VCell Low.
- Check all the cell voltages, and there will be a cell with a lower cell voltage than the rest of the cells.
- If you have a cell lower than 1.8V, must the battery be sent back to Blue Nova Energy for cell revival.
- Those cells need to be charged to the same voltage values as the rest.
- You can charge the total pack from an inverter with a low current of about 5ah max until all the cells are above 3.5V and bleeding.
- Leave these settings for about a week.
- Set the bulk voltage to the following settings.
56.5V 5A for a 48V system.
28.1V 5A for a 24V system.
14.V 5A for a 12V system.
If you are not able to do this or it does not solve your problem, please contact your supplier or installer. - If this is a regular problem, please use an Equalisation Function. Set to equalize at least every seven days for 120 mins to the following voltage.
57.5V 5A for a 48V system.
28.8V 5A for a 24V system.
14.5V 5A for a 12V system.
VCell High.
- Check all cell voltages, and there will be a cell with Higher voltages than the rest of the cell.
- Those cells need to be charged to the same voltage values as the rest.
- You can charge the total pack from an inverter with an low current about 5Amax until all the cells are below 3.51V.
- Set pack to following settings.
55.5V 5A for a 48V system.
27.5V 5A for a 24V system.
13.5V 5A for a 12V system.
