BN Temp-calibration
Temperature Calibration
The following procedure describes how to calibrate the temperature on batteries from BlueNova’s NG Product Range:
Step 1: | Tmax:20.00C | Scroll to the page illustrated on left with the CTRL button. |
Step 2: | Temp calib 0 | Press & keep the CTRL button depressed for about 2 seconds. The display should change to the one illustrated on left. |
Step 3: | Temp calib 7 | Press the CTRL button to increment the counter to number 7. |
Step 4: | Temperature Calibration | Press & keep the CTRL button depressed for about 2 seconds. The display should change to the one illustrated on left, and then exit automatically. |
IMPORTANT: Do not perform the above procedure if the battery has recently been recharged. The BMS cell boards become very hot when approaching the high voltage setpoint. This is normal, but calibrating temperature at such a time should be avoided.
