Procedure:
- Switch the battery off.
Remove the lid of the battery extremely carefully and level if you remove the lid skew you can damage components.
- Remove the sd Card (see image attached at the bottom)
- Download the latest image available

Extract the image with your preferred tool to the newly created folder that you will mount to the SD card
- Download https://www.balena.io/etcher/
This program will allow you to mount the new image to the SD card.
After you have done this, insert the card into the battery and switch it on, and wait 5min then follow the following steps
- The MCU ID found on the battery screen will be displayed as the new SSID of the battery.
- Scan for WiFi devices from a laptop or cellphone.
- Connect to the device(Disconnect from mobile data. If prompt with this the following device doen not have an internet connection do you still want to connect? Say yes)
- WiFi password-bluenova
- Enter 192.168.50.5 in your URL
- Web Authentication user and P@55w0rd
- Go to the related tabs for the necessary features in the tab on the top left.
- Wifi to connect the device online.
- If the battery has firmware older than 3.8v you will need to put the battery in manual bootload mode. Please look at our sd card update video
- Set battery to bootload mode manual or with function depending on the firmware version, as explained in video.

- Download the correct firmware from the drive

- Choose file – upload file – select the file and press update.
- You will se the % goes to 100%.
- Switch the battery off and on.
- If your battery does not reboot disconnect all power and try again.
